I’ve been hunting for a good Pot Roast and that quest has finally produced fruit. This roast has it all going on- it’s easy, tasty, lean, moist, and tender. Simply thaw and lower the pouch into boiling water. When the water comes back to a boil lower to simmer for 25 minutes. Cut open pouch (scissors) and slide Pot Roast into a serving dish. There is a lot of jus so use something with a rim. It cuts like butter so you don’t need a cutting board- you can cut right in the dish.
Serve with any potato, pasta, or rice and vegetable of choice.
